Payment Policy Beyond The Dugout offers our customers the following payment options:

Checks / Money Orders Payments by check or money order can be mailed to our office at the following address: Beyond The Dugout 609 Woodvalley Rd. Greenville, AL 36037 Items purchased by check or money order typically are shipped within 7-10 business days. If a customer's check is returned for any reason, a $33 Returned Check Fee will be assessed to the customer's order total and a replacement payment (credit card or Certified Bank Check only), including these additional fees, will be required before any items ship.  If a refund is requested, the Returned Check Fee will be deducted from any refund amount.

Credit Cards We also accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express, and online e-payments through PayPal...however, due to increased PayPal fees, we do require a 3% surcharge on PayPal payments.   If you make your payment through PayPal, your item(s) will be shipped within 3-5 business days.

Installment Payment Plan Beyond The Dugout is also pleased to offer our customers a 30-day installment purchase (layaway) plan.  A non-refundable down payment equal to 33% of the original purchase is required to hold an item for purchase.  The second installment of 33% is due no later than the 15th day from the date the initial down-payment is received.  The balance is due no later than the 30th day. Items purchased through our installment plan will not be shipped until the final payment is received and processed. A 15% late payment fee will be applied to any payment received after the due date but no more than 5 days after the due date (this fee will be added to the next installment due). Failure to make any installment within the allowed time will forfeit the installment plan.  All installments received (minus the initial non-refundable 33% down payment) will be refunded to the buyer and the item will be returned to our inventory.
