Beyond
The Dugout offers our customers the ability to return any items purchased from Beyond the Dugout without question, according
to the following guidelines: For ALL Returns: All returned items, including all COA's and other documentation,
must be received in the same condition as when they were originally purchased. In addition, purchaser must contact
our office prior to returning the item to obtain a return request approval number. Any items returned to Beyond the
Dugout without prior approval, or in a condition other than that detailed above, will be returned to the buyer at the buyer's expense.
For Starting Lineup items: Returns of items are limited to an exchange
of items from the same Starting Lineup client. The amount of credit given for any returned item will equal 90% of the
original purchase price if the item is received in our office no later than 15 days from the date the item was originally
shipped from our office. If an item is received after the 15th day but before the 30th day, credit for that item will
equal 80% of the original purchase price. No credit will be given for items received in our office after the 30th
day (the original item will be returned at the owner's expense).
For Authentic Collection items: Authentic Collection items can be returned for
credit towards other Beyond The Dugout items or for a monetary refund. The amount of credit given for any returned item
will equal 80% of the original purchase price if the item is received in our office no later than 30 days from the
date the item was originally shipped from our office. No credit will be given for items received in our office
after the 30th day (the original item will be returned at the owner's expense).
