benefitting Wounded Warrior
Project
|
|
Beyond The Dugout was
pleased to be selected by Reds' pitcher Chad Reineke to serve as the organizing partner for the inaugural Baseball Battle
Gear Charity Auction benefitting Wounded Warrior Project. Chad and several other Reds players and prospects, including
BTD Starting Lineup client Drew Stubbs, donated game used and autographed items collected during Spring Training 2012 to this
exciting effort, which raised almost $4000.00 for Wounded Warrior Project.
We are currently working to
plan next season's event, and hope to have an announcement soon about the expansion of the event to additional BTD
Starting Lineup clients and teams.

Childrens Hospital

Beyond The Dugout was
pleased to work with numerous Minor League managers and teams across the country (including our local Montgomery Biscuits
and Manager Billy Gardner, Jr. - pictured) to offer signed, game used team lineup cards in an effort to raise
money for St. Judes Childrens Hospital and their work to fight leukemia. A total of sixteen teams contributed to this
effort, raising several hundred dollars during the twelve months of the initial campaign, which ended with the 2012 All Star
Futures Game. The final proceeds will be donated to St Judes in September 2012.
We are currently working to
plan this year's event, and hope to have an announcement of participating teams soon, including teams from this year's Arizona
Fall League.

|
Beyond The Dugout was pleased
to sponsor Starting Lineup client Jai Miller's involvement in the 2nd Annual Miracle League All-Star Baseball Camp, held at
Dickey-Stephens Park in North Little Rock, Arkansas and hosted by Cliff Lee and A.J. Burnett. Jai participated as a

After the morning camp, Jai and the other instructors held a special camp at the Miracle League facility at the Deputy Sports

field and at bat.
After the camps, the weekend's

to, including Miller, Trevor Crowe, Jordan Brown, and Brett Gardner. Our clients' donated items raised over $2500 for
