Lake County Captains home uniform-jersey
worn by San Diego Padres 3rd Baseman Kevin Kouzmanoff. The Captains are the class A South Atlantic League affiliate
of the Cleveland Indians, located in Eastlake, Ohio. This jersey is #30, size 48, and was worn between 2003-2006 by
Shea Douglas, Kevin Kouzmanoff, Fernando Pacheco and Lee May, Jr. . The jersey comes with a letter of authenticity from the
Captains, signed by the GM, stating every player who wore the jersey. The Captains’ home jerseys are white Russell
Athletic knit button-down jerseys with “Captains” sewn on the front in a beautiful 3-color logo
font tackle twill-dark gold, trimmed in red and navy, with a 4-clolor sea captain hat on top of the C. There is navy
piping around the collar, down the front and around the sleeves. There is a velcro patch on the front to make the lettering
come together nicely. There is a navy tackle twill number on the front, and on the back of the jersey are red numbers,
trimmed in gold and navy. There is a Cleveland Indians “Indian head” logo patch on the left sleeve. There
is a light outline on the right sleeve where a Captains patch of some kind was removed-probably an inaugural year patch.

organization. Size 48 jersey, worn
