This cap was worn during the Hickory Crawdads 1994 Turn Back The Clock game by current Detroit Tigers
star outfielder and perrenial All-Star Magglio Ordonez (then an under-the-radar Low-A outfielder with the Chicago
White Sox). Magglio had signed this cap on the underside of the bill following the game. The cap was obtained
from the Hickory Crawdads Baseball Club at L.P. Frans Stadium in Hickory, NC, following the 1996 season. In June 1997,
we were able to meet with Magglio in Nashville at Greer Stadium and have him sign the top of the bill using a bold white paint
marker.
